Meet Coltrane Douglas, the electrifying 19-year-old guitarist from the Windy City whose sound bridges the fire of classic rock with the sophistication of modern jazz. Coltrane brings a commanding musical presence far beyond his years—and a work ethic to match.

Having been a member of the Chicago West Community Music Center, Jazz Institute of Chicago, Jazz Links Student Council, Mary Lane No Static Blues Band, The University of the Arts Summer Allstars, Berklee City Music Allstars, School of Rock Show Team and Allstars, Coltrane has logged many real stage hours. Coltrane's former band Uneven Surfaces was the winner of a national competiiton set by Kings of Leon in which they were flown to Nashville to record in the legendary Addiction Sound Studios. Coltrane also had a brief residency at The Raven Room, (previously known as Redline VR).

As the recipient of a full-ride scholarship to Berklee College of Music, Coltrane is surrounded by exceptional young talent and guided by world-class faculty. Coltrane has studied with Oz Noy, Colin Sapp, Jim Peterson, Julien Kasper, Dweezil Zappa, Victor Wooten, Jeff 'Tain' Watts, and more.
